• Commissions will be completed within 2-3 weeks depending on queue. If it will take longer for any reason you will be informed.

• Communication will be done through Bluesky, Discord, Ko-fi or email.

• I will keep you updated for every step of the process, regularly sending photo updates.

Custom chao plush

• Please provide a reference of your character.

• Before payment, you will receive a mock up drawing of the plush and can request any changes to parts, expression, and pose.

• Once the design is agreed upon, I will send a price quote. I will not start on any plushes until a payment is made.

• Changes to the face and pose can be made before everything is sewn down, you will be informed of this before the final touches.

Payment

Payment is accepted via Ko-fi or Paypal

• For Paypal, I will send an invoice for payment, do not send a payment without that.

• For Ko-fi, you will be directed to a commission listing and asked to pay through there.

• Payment plans can be negotiated for commissions over 100€ (euro)

Regarding Shipping

Packages will be shipped via Poste Italiane recommended and will include a tracking number

Once the package has left Italy, I can't do anything to assure delivery. If you get a notice of attempted delivery, it is your responsibility to reschedule delivery or pick it up yourself.

In the case of a returned package, I will reach out to arrange return shipping
